脷
1、方言,牲畜的舌头。亦称“脷子”。
目的分析龙脷叶的挥发油成分。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Sauropus ro strata Miq.
鸭脷洗净,放入滚水中煮5分钟,取出洗净。
Wash and parboil duck tongues in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
鸭脷、青瓜、西芹、红萝卜加调味拌匀,盛碟上,洒下芝麻。
Mix duck tongues, cucumber, celery and carrot with seasoning. Dish on plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
