锸
1、(形声。从金,臿(chā)声。本义:长针。类似现在的行针)。
2、同本义。
锸,郭衣针也。---《说文》。段注:“此云郭衣,皆谓恢廓张衣于版,以针密签其周,使伸直。是曰郭衣,其针曰锸。锸之言深入也。”
3、铁锹,掘土的工具。
父子兄弟负笼荷锸。---《汉书·王莽传上》
